September 8, 2006 marks a new beginning for Kraftika Filipina as it officially transfers its office and factory to a new and bigger facilities. Located at Purok 8, Lakandula Drive, Tagas, Daraga, Albay, a total land area of industrial compound measuring 3,600 square meters have been newly purchased housing its state of the art dyeing facilities, office, and work area.

Of the 3,600 square meters, 247.02 sqm floor area was aloted for the dyeing facilities with a provision of a 157.56 sqm mezzanine floor, 96.48 sqm floor area for the office and 505.20 sqm floor area for the work area.

This year, two major projects are being planned for the new showroom which will occupy 247.02 sqm and the new sewing & materials building which will have to occupy 126 sqm in total floor area. Completion of these two projects are expected to be finished on August 2007.

With the above mentioned development, it is our company's best aim to carefully maintain a better quality of manufacturing business that is more sustainable and acceptable in the global market.

Kraftika Filipina joined Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) Manila FAME last April 19-22 2006 at the Philippine International Convention Center - Reception hall, Roxas Boulevard Pasay City Philippines.

After thirty five (35) successful long years, Paulino's Abaca Handicrafts, Inc. has finally been dissolved. This dissolution was brought about by the demise of its President and founder, Mr. Narciso Garcia-Paulino, Sr. Moreso, the wife of the late Mr. Narciso Garcia-Paulino, Ma. Corazon Thomas-Paulino, Sra. acting and voted upon as its new President, has also finally decided to resign due to her wish to retire being on her retiring age this year.

Brought by the above mentioned dissolution, Reynaldo T. Paulino (one of Paulino's Abaca Handicrafts, Inc. major incorporators) have decided to continue the business under a sole proprietorship now named KRAFTIKA FILIPINA.

We hope to receive the same support which you have given Paulino's Abaca Handicrafts, Inc. throughout these wonderful and successful years.
