After thirty five (35) successful long years, Paulino's Abaca Handicrafts, Inc. has finally been dissolved. This dissolution was brought about by the demise of its President and founder, Mr. Narciso Garcia-Paulino, Sr. Moreso, the wife of the late Mr. Narciso Garcia-Paulino, Ma. Corazon Thomas-Paulino, Sra. acting and voted upon as its new President, has also finally decided to resign due to her wish to retire being on her retiring age this year.

Brought by the above mentioned dissolution, Reynaldo T. Paulino (one of Paulino's Abaca Handicrafts, Inc. major incorporators) have decided to continue the business under a sole proprietorship now named KRAFTIKA FILIPINA.

We hope to receive the same support which you have given Paulino's Abaca Handicrafts, Inc. throughout these wonderful and successful years.
